By using snaptikfast.com you accept these terms. If you do not, please do not use the site.

1. What this service is

SnapTikFast is a free web tool. You give it the public link to a TikTok post, and it returns the video, the audio, or the images in that post as files you can save. There is no account, nothing to install, and nothing to pay.

It reaches only posts TikTok already shows to anyone. It cannot reach a private account, a deleted post, or anything behind a login, and no amount of trying will change that.

2. What you are responsible for

The content. Whatever you download still belongs to whoever created it. Downloading a file does not give you any right to it. You are responsible for making sure your use is lawful — personal viewing is one thing, republishing or using something commercially is another, and the second one usually needs the creator’s permission.

How you use the tool. Do not use SnapTikFast to infringe copyright, to harass anybody, or to collect content at scale. Do not attempt to break, overload, or automate against this site, and do not try to get at parts of it that are not public.

We may refuse service, without notice, to anyone doing any of that.

3. What we do not promise

The service is provided as it is. We do not guarantee that it will be available, that it will work for a particular post, or that it will keep working tomorrow. TikTok changes how its platform works whenever it likes, and when it does, parts of this tool stop working until they are fixed.

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from using — or not being able to use — this site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

4. What we are not

SnapTikFast is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to TikTok, ByteDance, or any of their companies. “TikTok” is their trademark, used here only to say what this tool works with.

We do not host a library of content and we do not operate a content platform. A file passes through our servers to reach the person who asked for it, and a copy is cached briefly so that the same request can be answered again without going back to TikTok. We do not index it, publish it, or make it findable. The privacy policy describes this in more detail.

5. Copyright

If content you own has been made accessible through this site and you want it stopped, write to us through the contact page. Tell us the TikTok URL and what your work is, and we will purge our cache of it and stop this site fetching that post again.

We do not host a library and we make no claim to the DMCA § 512(c) safe harbour: that regime covers a service provider storing material at a user’s direction, and this site stores nothing. Taking a post down from TikTok is something only TikTok can do.

6. Advertising

This site carries advertising, which is what pays for it. Ads are supplied by Google and appear in the explanatory sections of a page. They are deliberately not placed inside the download tool itself.

7. Changes

These terms may change. The date at the top changes with them, and using the site afterwards means you accept the new version.
